Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel, please log in to your dashboard or contact our support team.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Service Failure: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services (e.g., mail scanning not operational).
  • Billing Errors: Corrections for duplicate charges or incorrect amounts.
  • Initial Guarantee: For new customers, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the verified address setup.

3. Non-Refundable Items

One-time setup fees and verification charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been provisioned.

4. Meeting Room Cancellations

Meeting room bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

5. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
